碳纤维自由曲面铺放设备的设计与研究

摘要 先进制造和高端装备行业对复杂自由曲面的碳纤维制品的需求量不断提高,然而现阶段碳纤维铺放技术存在低效率、低精度、低可靠性的问题。依据碳纤维铺放工艺特点,研发了一种模块化的二丝束自动铺放装置,其具备创新型丝束夹紧-重送-剪断功能的自动铺丝机构。在铺放装置三维模型的基础上,根据仿真结果验证并优化了铺放装置结构,保证了装置的结构强度稳定性。采用随机概率法分析装置的可达空间,检验运动空间是否满足运动范围要求;构建了碳纤维铺放装置样机平台,使用双频激光干涉仪测量铺放定位误差,并依此采用粒子群算法对铺放进行精度补偿,从而提高了设备的铺放精度。 Advanced manufacturing and high-end equipment industries are increasingly demanding carbon fiber products with complex freeform surfaces. However,carbon fiber placement technology has low efficiency,precision and reliability. According to the characteristics of the carbon fiber placement process,a modular two-filament automatic placement device has been developed,which has an automatic fiber placement of innovative tow clamping-re-feed-cut function. Based on the three-dimensional model of the placement device,the structure of the placement device was verified and optimized according to the simulation results,which ensured the structural strength stability of the device. The random probability method is used to analyze the reachable space of the device,and it is tested whether the motion space meets the requirements of the motion range. A prototype platform for carbon fiber placement equipment was constructed,and the positioning error was measured by using a dual-frequency laser interferometer. The particle swarm algorithm was used to compensate the placement accuracy,which improved the placement accuracy of the equipment.
