中医药干预肺癌细胞自噬的研究现状

Research status of TCM intervention on autophagy of lung cancer cells

细胞自噬是细胞将多余或受损的胞质、蛋白及细胞器进行包裹,并运输至溶酶体进行降解的过程。自噬在肺癌的发展过程中起着双向作用,如何干预细胞自噬以抑制肺癌细胞增殖已成为现阶段研究热点。中医药干预肺癌细胞自噬主要通过影响自噬相关蛋白、自噬相关信号通路及细胞器等途径。本文对近些年的相关中医药研究进行梳理,从自噬相关蛋白(LC3、p62、ATG5、Beclin-1)、自噬相关通路、线粒体自噬及内质网自噬等方面,探讨中医药干预肺癌细胞自噬的前沿研究现状,思考后续自噬相关研究的方向,发掘中医药治疗肺癌的潜力。

Autophagy is a process that cells wrap excess or damaged cytoplasm,proteins and organelles and transport them to lysosomes for degradation.Autophagy plays a bidirectional role in the development of lung cancer.How to intervene autophagy and inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells have become a research hotspot.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regulates autophagy in lung cancer cells mainly through affecting autophagy-related proteins,autophagy-related signaling pathways and organelles.This paper summarized the relevant TCM research in recent years.The current research status of TCM intervention about the expressions of LC3,p62,ATG5,Beclin-1,autophagy-related signaling pathways,mitochondrial and endoplasmic reticulum autophagy,on autophagy in lung cancer cells were discussed,and the direction of subsequent autophagy-related research were considered,so as to explore the potential role of TCM and treatment of lung cancer.
