装配式混凝土建筑标准化设计应用与发展研究

推进装配式建筑标准化体系建设对于降低装配式建筑成本具有重要意义。本文探究了基于模数协调和基于标准构件的两种标准化设计思路,详细阐述了“少规格,多组合”的装配式建筑标准化设计方法。最后,本文综合考虑我国的经济社会发展水平、工程成本经济性、技术与市场需求融合性,对我国装配式建筑标准化发展提出了模数标准化阶段、部品部件标准化阶段、功能模块标准化阶段三个阶段性工作建议,希望促进装配式建筑健康快速发展。

Promoting the construction of a prefabricated building standardization system has a great significance in reducing the cost of prefabricated buildings and promoting the healthy and rapid development of prefabricated buildings.The article explores two standardized design ideas based on modular coordination and standard components.It explains the standardized design method of"less specifications,more combinations"of prefabricated buildings in detail.Finally,the article comprehensively considers Chinese economic and social development level,engineering cost economy,technology and market demand integration,then proposes three phases of work recommendations which concludes module standardization stage,parts standardization stage,functional module standardization stage for the standardization development of prefabricated buildings of China.
