羟基亚乙基二膦酸对硫酸铝基无碱液体速凝剂性能的影响研究

摘要 本文研究了羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)对无碱速凝剂稳定性、pH值、凝结时间、抗压强度的影响。结果表明:HEDP能够有效提高硫酸铝基无碱速凝剂的稳定性;加入适量的HEDP对无碱速凝剂的pH值的降低幅度不大,对水泥的凝结时间和胶砂抗压强度无不利影响,且延长了正常情况下无碱速凝剂的贮存时间,有利于无碱速凝剂的推广应用。 The effects of Hydroxyethylenediphosphonic acid(HEDP)on the stability,pH value,setting time and compressive strength of alkali free accelerator were studied.The results show that HEDP can effectively improve the stability of aluminum sulfate based alkali free accelerator;The addition of HEDP has no adverse effect on the setting time of cement and the compressive strength of mortar,prolongs the storage time of non alkali accelerator in normal production,and is conducive to the popularization and application of non alkali accelerator.
