摘要
阻抗补偿技术是体外自动除颤器(Automated External Defibrillator,AED)的重要功能之一,本文首先介绍了AED及阻抗补偿技术的基本知识,对阻抗补偿的理论基础进行了简要阐述,分析基于除颤电流的阻抗补偿技术的优势,随后详细介绍几种市售主流AED的阻抗补偿技术的原理和具体实现方式并对其简要进行对比分析,最后对现有的阻抗补偿策略的不足进行讨论,并提出几点未来阻抗补偿策略的改进建议,对阻抗补偿技术研究具有一定参考意义。
The compensating impedance technology is one of the important functions of automated external defibrillator(AED).This paper first introduced the basic knowledge of AED and compensating impedance technology,and briefly discussed the theoretical basis of impedance compensation,and analyzed the advantage of impedance compensation technology based on defibrillating current.Then,the principle and implementation methods of impedance compensation technologies for several mainstream AEDs were introduced in detail,and they were briefly compared and analyzed.Finally,the shortcomings of the existing impedance compensation strategies were discussed,and several suggestions for future improvement of impedance compensation strategies have been proposed.This paper has certain reference significance for the research of impedance compensation technology.
