对浆细胞性乳腺炎与肉芽肿性乳腺炎进行诊断的临床价值分析

Analysis of the clinical value of diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis

目的探讨对浆细胞性乳腺炎与肉芽肿性乳腺炎进行诊断的临床价值。方法106例乳腺炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组通过临床症状直接进行治疗,观察组通过病理检查结果进行对症治疗。对比两组患者痊愈率及治疗满意度。结果经过治疗,对照组痊愈40例(75.47%),其中4例经手术治疗痊愈,23例经药物加手术治疗痊愈,13例经药物治疗痊愈;观察组53例(100.00%)全部经治疗痊愈,其中,29例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者中,7例经手术治疗痊愈,17例经手术加药物治疗痊愈,5例经药物治疗痊愈;24例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者中,7例经手术治疗痊愈,14例经手术加药物治疗痊愈,3例经药物治疗痊愈。观察组痊愈率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的75.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对浆细胞性乳腺炎与肉芽肿性乳腺炎进行准确诊断,有助于提高治疗效果以及患者对治疗效果的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction and vascular disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was directly diagnosed and treated according to the clinical symptoms,and the observation group was treated symptomatically according to the results of pathological examinations.The cure rate and treatment satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,40 cases(75.47%)in the control group were cured,including 4 cases cured by surgical treatment,23 cases cured by combined drug-surgical treatment,and 13 cases cured by drug treatment.All 53 patients(100.00%)in the observation group were cured after treatment.Among the 29 patients with plasma cell mastitis,7 cases were cured by surgical treatment,17 cases were cured by combined drug-surgical treatment,and 5 were cured by drug treatment;among the 24 patients with granulomatous mastitis,7 cases were cured by surgical treatment,14 cases were cured by combined drug-surgical treatment,and 3 cases were cured by drug treatment.The cure rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group after treatment was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 75.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Accurate diagnosis of plasma cell mastitis and granulomatous mastitis can help improve the therapeutic effect of patients and their satisfaction with the therapeutic effect,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
