摘要
目的探讨脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者的价值。方法20例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者,依据随机数字表法分为微创组和传统组,各10例。传统组采用常规方法治疗,微创组采用脊柱微创手术治疗。对比两组治疗前后椎体前后缘高度、脊柱侧弯角度及手术耗时、出血量。结果治疗后,两组椎体前、后缘高度较本组治疗前升高,脊柱侧弯角度较本组治疗前变小,且微创组椎体前缘高度(94.45±0.83)%、椎体后缘高度(97.13±0.27)%高于传统组的(89.45±1.12)%、(91.21±0.61)%,脊柱侧弯角度(7.23±1.05)°小于传统组的(12.52±1.36)°,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组手术耗时(98.12±22.16)min短于传统组的(145.21±35.21)min,出血量(92.59±20.12)ml少于传统组的(224.78±38.98)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折效果明显,有利于提高术后椎体前、后缘高度,降低脊柱侧弯角度,缩短手术耗时,减少出血量,高效安全,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To discuss the value of minimally invasive spinal surgery in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Methods A total of 20 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures were divided into minimally invasive group and traditional group according to the random numerical table,each with 10 cases.The traditional group was treated with conventional methods,and the minimally invasive group was treated with spine minimally invasive surgery.The height of the anterior and posterior edge of the vertebral body and angle of scoliosis before and after treatment,operation time and blood loss were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the height of the anterior and posterior edges of the vertebral body in the two groups was higher than that before treatment in this group,and the scoliosis angle was less than that before treatment in this group;the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral hody(94.45±0.83)%and height of the posterior edge of the vertebral hody(97.13±0.27)%in the minimally invasive group were higher than(89.45±1.12)%and(91.21±0.61)%of the traditional group,and the angle of scoliosis(7.23±1.05)° was less than(12.52±1.36)° of the traditional group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time(98.12±22.16)min in the minimally invasive group was shorter than(145.21±35.21)min in the traditional group,and the hlood loss(92.59±20.12)ml was less than(224.78±38.98)ml in the traditional group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive spinal surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fractures,which is conducive to improving the height of the anterior and posterior edge of the vertebral body,reducing the angle of scoliosis,shortening the operation time and reducing the blood loss.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
