地高辛联合美托洛尔治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of digoxin combined with metoprolol in the treatment of heart failure

目的分析心力衰竭患者应用地高辛联合美托洛尔治疗的效果。方法100例心力衰竭患者,通过随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组,各50例。实验组采取地高辛联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组采取地高辛治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后超声心动图指标、不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组左心室舒张末内经为(59.32±7.32)mm、左心室射血分数为(44.57±11.25)%,对照组左心室舒张末内经为(62.45±8.41)mm、左心室射血分数为(36.78±9.21)%;实验组左心室舒张末内经小于对照组,左心室射血分数大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心力衰竭患者应用地高辛联合美托洛尔治疗疗效显著,可较好的提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of digoxin combined with metoprolol in the treatment of heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with heart failure were divided into experimental group and control group by random numerical table,each with 50 cases.The experimental group was treated with digoxin and metoprolol,and the control group was treated with digoxin.The therapeutic effects,echocardiogram indexes before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and left ventricular ejection fraction of the experimental group were(59.32±7.32)mm(44.57±11.25)%,which were(62.45±8.41)mm and(36.78±9.21)%of the control group;the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.00%,which was lower than 18.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digoxin in combination with metoprolol has significant efficacy on patients with heart failure,and it can improve the effective rate of treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
