盐酸二甲双胍联合针灸治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of metformin hydrochloride combined with acupuncture in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的分析为2型糖尿病患者使用盐酸二甲双胍联合针灸治疗的临床疗效。方法94例2型糖尿病患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组单独实施盐酸二甲双胍治疗,观察组实施盐酸二甲双胍联合针灸治疗。对比两组治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平,治疗前后的生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分为(83.74±4.73)分,高于对照组的(62.47±4.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为2型糖尿病患者使用盐酸二甲双胍联合针灸进行治疗,能够有效改善患者的血糖水平,并且提高患者的生活质量,可以大力推广于临床中。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metformin hydrochloride combined with acupuncture in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 94 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with metformin hydrochloride and acupuncture.Both groups were compared in terms of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin levels,quality of life score before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was(83.74±4.73)points,which was higher than(62.47±4.26)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride in combination with acupuncture can effectively improve the blood glucose level and the quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
