血细胞分离术在血液系统肿瘤中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of blood cell separation in hematological tumors

目的探究血细胞分离术在血液系统肿瘤中的临床效果。方法50例血液系统肿瘤疾病患者,均通过血细胞分离术进行治疗。比较患者治疗前后血细胞各项指标水平。结果治疗后,患者的白细胞计数(8.45±1.35)×10^(9)/L、血红蛋白计数(138.31±16.82)g/L、红细胞计数(4.63±0.31)×10^(12)/L以及血小板计数(438.71±48.62)×10^(9)/L均明显低于治疗前的(17.52±9.31)×10^(9)/L、(187.61±23.61)g/L、(6.48±0.71)×10^(12)/L及(901.21±103.05)×10^(9)/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血液系统中的肿瘤疾病患者通过血细胞分离术进行治疗,能够有效改变患者的血液指标值,提高临床治疗疗效,加快患者的康复进程,应该得到临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blood cell separation in hematological tumors.Methods All 50 patients with hematologic tumors were treated by blood cell separation,and the levels of various indexes of blood cells were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the white blood cell count(8.45±1.35)x 109/L,hemoglobin(138.31±16.82)g/L,red blood cell count(4.63±0.31)×10^(12)/L and platelet count(438.71±48.62)×10^(9)/L were significantly lower than those before treatment(17.52±9.31)×10^(9)/L,(187.61±23.61)g/L,(6.48±0.71)×10^(12)/L and(901.21±103.05)×10^(9)/L,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood cell separation for the treatment of patients with hematological tumors can effectively change the blood indexes of patients,improve the clinical efficacy and speed up the rehabilitation process of patients.It should be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
