摘要 目的分析全自动血细胞分析仪测定白细胞分类应用效果。方法1000份静脉血,分别用显微镜和BC-2600型全自动血细胞分析仪进行白细胞测定分类,观察精密度,比较两种测定方法的白细胞分类结果。结果三分类全自动血细胞分析仪的白细胞分类批内精密度在允许范围内。三分类全自动血细胞分析仪的白细胞分类批间精密度:白细胞总数为(7.01±0.23)×10^(9)/L,变异系数(CV)=1.08%;淋巴细胞为(32.86±0.53)%,CV=2.51%;单核细胞为(8.33±0.28)%,CV=6.46%;中性粒细胞为(67.36±0.91)%,CV=1.62%,均在允许范围之内。三分类全自动血细胞分析仪白细胞分类淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞和显微镜测定结果有较好的相关性(r=0.9758、0.6245、0.9240,P<0.05)。结论全自动血细胞分析仪测定白细胞分类结果比较准确,测定时间较短,适合用来检测批量标本,在临床中的作用巨大。 Objective To analyze the effect of automatic blood cell analyzer for determination of leukocyte classification.Methods 1000 samples of venous blood were measured and classified with microscope and BC-2600 automatic blood cell analyzer,and the precision was observed to compare the leukocyte classification results of the two determination methods.Results The inter-hatch precision of the leukocyte classification of the tri-classified automatic blood cell analyzer was within the permissible range.The intra-batch precision of the leukocyte classification of the tri—classified automatic blood cell analyzer:total leukocyte count was(7.01±0.23)×10^(9)/L,coefficient of variation(CV)=1.08%;lymphocytes were(32.86±0.53)%,CV=2.51%;monocytes were(8.33±0.28)%,CV=6.46%;and neutrophils were(67.36±0.91)%,CV=1.62%,all within the permissible range.There was a good correlation in the leukocyte classification(lymphocytes,monocytes,and neutrophils)between tri-classified automatic blood cell analyzer and microscopy results(r=0.9758,0.6245,0.9240,P<0.05).Conclusion The results of leukocyte classification determined by automatic blood cell analyzer are more accurate,and the determination time is shorter.It is suitable for detecting hatch samples and plays a great role in clinical practice.
