卵母细胞体外成熟技术的改进策略

Strategy for improving oocytes maturation in vitro

卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)是辅助生殖技术的重要组成部分。然而,卵母细胞IVM后成熟率低、发育潜能差。近年来,研究人员围绕如何改善卵母细胞IVM结局开展了大量研究,主要包括抗氧化剂的使用、添加激素与生长因子、添加卵泡液、与颗粒细胞共培养以及IVM前的卵母细胞培养(PMC)。本文就以上5个方面综述卵母细胞IVM的改进策略,希望为卵母细胞IVM技术的完善与临床应用提供帮助。

In vitro maturation(IVM)of oocytes is an important part of assisted reproductive technology.However,Oocytes have lower IVM rate and poor developmental potential.In recent years,researchers have carried out many studies on how to improve the outcome of oocyte IVM,including use of antioxidants,addition of hormones or growth factors,supplementation of follicular fluid,co-culture with granulosa cells,and pre-maturation culture of oocytes(PMC).This paper summarizes the strategies for improving oocyte maturation in vitro based on the above five aspects,hoping to provide help for the improvement and clinical application of human oocyte IVM technology.
