摘要 镁及镁合金作为一种经济型生物医用金属材料具有与生物体接近的力学性能,且具有良好的生物相容性和生物可降解性,同时易于加工成型,在血管腔道、非血管腔道、骨科、外科及口腔科领域具有广阔的应用前景。镁合金是一种具有广泛临床应用价值的功能材料,文章分析了镁合金的优劣势、应用领域、面临问题以及解决方法。 As a kind of economical biomedical metal materials,magnesium and magnesium alloy have similar mechanical properties to those of biological body.Moreover,this biocompatible and biodegradabile material is also easy to be processed and molded.Recently,magnesium alloy was researched broadly in the fields of vascular lumen,non-vascular lumen,orthopaedics,surgery and stomatology.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,application fields,problems and solutions of magnesium alloy,to expounds that magnesium alloy is a kind of functional material with wide clinical application value.
