真菌性鼻窦炎应用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗的效果分析

The Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Fungal Sinusitis

目的:分析真菌性鼻窦炎应用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年4月本院收治的真菌性鼻窦炎患者90例作为研究对象,应用数字表随机分成两组,观察组(n=45)应用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗,对照组(n=45)应用常规药物治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:①观察组总有效率91.11%,对照组总有效率73.33%,观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组并发症发生率8.89%,对照组并发症发生率26.67%,观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③治疗之后,观察组的CRP、PCT、TNE-α、IL-8等炎症因子指标的改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组治疗之后的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、睡眠质量等改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑤观察组(42例,占93.33%)治疗之后整体满意度明显高于对照组(33例,占73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:真菌性鼻窦炎应用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗的临床效果显著,并且并发症发生率低,能显著改善患者的炎症因子水平,提高心理质量和睡眠质量,提升整体满意度,是一种有效且安全的治疗方法。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for fungal sinusitis.Methods:90 patients with fungal sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=45)was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,and the control group(n=45)was treated with conventional drugs.Results:①The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The complication rate was 8.89%in the observation group and 26.67%in the control group.The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);③The CRP,PCT,TNE-αand IL-8 in the observation group,the improvement effect of inflammatory factor index was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④The improvement effect of anxiety,depression,and sleep quality in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);⑤The observation group(42 cases,accounting for 93.33%)after treatment,the overall satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group(33 cases,accounting for 73.33%),the difference there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for fungal sinusitis is significant,and the incidence of complications is low.It can significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients,improve mental quality and sleep quality,and improve overall satisfaction.It is an effective and a safe treatment method.
