改良性超声乳化手术治疗高度近视合并白内障临床研究

The Clinical Study of Modified Phacoemulsification in the Treatment of High Myopia with Cataract

目的:高度近视合并白内障患者采用改良性超声乳化手术治疗取得的效果。方法:研究活动展开时间段为2018年7月~2019年7月,从该时间段接诊到的高度近视合并白内障的患者中选择92例作为研究对象。将92例患者按照随机单复数的方法进行分组,两组患者数量均为46例。对照组与观察组均实施超声乳化手术,观察组在对照组基础上属于改良性操作。对比两种手术方法的效果。结果:①观察组(44例,占95.65%)经过治疗之后,视力改善有效率明显比对照组(36例,占78.26%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组(5例,占10.87%)治疗之后的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(16例,占34.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组治疗后不同时期的角膜内皮细胞计数明显比对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组患者治疗以后的整体生活质量明显比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治疗高度近视合并白内障,相比常规乳化手术,改良性超声乳化手术效果更显著,有利于矫正患者视力,维持角膜内皮细胞计数,有效减少并发症的产生,可以提升患者的整体生活质量。

Objective:The effect of modified phacoemulsification in the treatment of high myopia with cataract.Methods:The research activity was carried out from July 2018 to July 2019.92 patients with high myopia complicated with cataract were selected as the research objects.92 patients were randomly divided into groups,the number of patients in both groups was 46.Phacoemulsification was performed in both the control group and the observation group.The results of the two methods were compared.The results of the two methods were compared.Results:①After treatment in the observation group(44 cases,accounting for 95.65%),the effective rate of vision improvement was significantly higher than that of the control group(36 cases,accounting for 78.26%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The incidence of complications after treatment in the observation group(5 cases,10.87%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16 cases,34.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);③The corneal endothelial cell count in the observation group at different stages after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);④The overall quality of life of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional emulsification surgery,modified phacoemulsification surgery is more effective in the treatment of high myopia combined with cataract.It is beneficial to correct vision,maintain corneal endothelial cell count,effectively reduce complications,and improve the overall quality of life of patients.
