脑功能治疗仪在老年失眠患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Brain Function Therapeutic Instrument in Elderly Insomnia Patients

目的:分析脑功能治疗仪对老年失眠的治疗和辅助作用。方法:取2018年1月~2019年1月收治的老年失眠患者120例为研究对象,平均分成对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予耳穴豆联合安神补脑液治疗,观察组给予脑功能治疗仪联合安神补脑液治疗。对比两组失眠缓解情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率98.33%,明显高于对照组总有效率81.67%,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组患者治疗前入睡时间、睡眠时间、PSQI评分组间数据比较差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后的入睡时间为(28.74±2.53)min、睡眠时间为(7.20±1.28)h、PSQI评分(7.83±2.08)分,其中入睡时间明显短于对照组,睡眠时间明显长于对照组,PSQI评分明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑功能治疗仪对老年患者失眠具有辅助治疗作用,可以在服药调节的同时定期使用,以解决老年睡眠问题。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic and auxiliary effects of brain function therapy instrument on senile insomnia.Methods:120 cases of elderly insomnia patients admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research object,which were divided into control group and research group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ear point bean combined with Transhen brain fluid,and the research group was treated with brain function therapy instrument combined transhen brain fluid.The insomnia relief was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.67%),and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in sleep time before treatment,sleep time and PSQI score between the control group and the study group(P>0.05).The sleep time,sleep time and PSQI score of the study group were(28.74±2.53)min,(7.20±1.28)h and(7.83±2.08)points after treatment.The sleep time and PSQI score of the study group were significantly shorter and longer than those of the control group.There was statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Brain function therapy instrument has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on elderly patients with insomnia,and can be used regularly while taking medicine to adjust,in order to solve the elderly sleep problems.
