摘要
目的:研究高通量透析器应用的尿毒症患者血液透析当中的效果。方法:将2019年1月~2020年2月来本院进行治疗的84例急性肾功能衰竭患者按随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例,观察组患者选择高通量透析器进行血液透析,观察组患者选择高通量透析器进行血液透析常规的透析器进行血液透析,比较结果。结果:①观察组(5例,占11.90%)的并发症发生率明显比对照组(17例,占40.48%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组透析以后的尿素氮、血肌酐、β2-微球蛋白水平改善效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组透析以后的生活质量改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组(40例,占95.24%)透析后整体满意度比对照组(34例,占80.95%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为患者通过高通量透析器进行尿毒症的血液透析可以有效降低并发症发生率,改善患者的尿素氮、血肌酐和β2-微球蛋白水平,提高整体生活质量和患者的满意度。
Objective:To study the effect of high-throughput dialyzer on hemodialysis in uremic patients.Methods:A total of 84 patients with acute renal failure who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,42 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group chose high-throughput dialyzers for hemodialysis,patients in the observation group chose a high-throughput dialyzer for hemodialysis and a conventional dialyzer for hemodialysis,and compared the results.Results:①The incidence of complications in the observation group(5 cases,accounting for 11.90%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(17 cases,accounting for 40.48%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②The improvement effect of urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,andβ2-microglobulin levels in the observation group after dialysis was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);③The improvement effect of the observation group after dialysis was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④The overall satisfaction of the observation group(40 cases,accounting for 95.24%)after dialysis was higher than that of the control group(34 cases,accounting for 80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Performing uremic hemodialysis through a high-flux dialyzer can effectively reduce the chance of complications,improve the patient’s urea nitrogen,serum creatinine andβ2-microglobulin levels,and improve the overall quality of life and patient satisfaction.
