微血管吻合器在四肢血管损伤修复中临床应用价值分析

Clinical Application of Microvascular Stapler in the Repair of Vascular Injury in Limbs

目的:分析微血管吻合器在四肢血管损伤修复中临床应用。方法:选2020年4月~2021年4月94例四肢血管损伤患者进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(47例,血管吻合器治疗)与对照组(47例,手法吻合治疗)。对比手术指标、生活质量、生活能力。结果:观察组患者静脉血管吻合时间、动脉血管吻合时间、缺血再灌注时间显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组患者BI指数水平显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:微血管吻合器可有效缩短患者手术时间,减少术中出血量,提高患者术后生活质量,改善患者生活能力。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application of microvascular stapler in the repair of vascular injury in limbs.Methods:94 patients with vascular injury in limbs were selected from April 2020 to April 2021.The patients were divided into observation group(47 cases,vascular stapler therapy)and control group(47 cases,manual anastomosis).The operation index,quality of life and life ability were compared.Results:The time of vein anastomosis,time of artery anastomosis and time of ischemia-reperfusion in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The BI index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microvascular stapler can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,improve the quality of life and improve the living ability of patients,which is worth popularizing.
