浙派针灸传承历史及针灸法源流略述

Outlining the History of Inheritance of Zhejiang TCM School of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Original of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Manipulation

[目的]介绍浙派针灸传承历史及代表性针灸法源流。[方法]采用传统医史文献整理研究方法,通过查阅浙派针灸历史文献,梳理了浙派针灸传承历史,并整理考订了具有代表性的针灸法及其源流。[结果]中医学至今已发展了数千年,根据不同学术特点或地域形成了许多流派,浙派中医自古以来在中医史上就有非常重要的地位,其中浙派针灸在理论和针法灸法上均有重大贡献。从时间发展上看,从古代到现代,不断涌现出具有代表性的医家和著作,这些都没有因为历史原因而受影响。从针法灸法的源流来看,浙派针灸以浙北和浙中为发展中心,有名的医家大多集中于此,如凌氏、严氏、施氏、盛氏等。浙派各医家均有各自的特色,有的善用针法,有的善用灸法,有的擅长针药结合,这些形成了浙派针灸百花齐放的优势。[结论]研究浙派针灸传承历史及针灸法源流对浙派针灸后世医家有很重要的教育意义,对发展浙派针灸也有积极的促进作用。

[Objective] To introduce the history of the inheritance of the Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion and the sources of representative acupuncture methods. [Methods] Using the traditional medical history literature collection research method,the history of the inheritance of the Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion was sorted out and the representative acupuncture methods and their origin streams were compiled and examined by reviewing the historical literature of the Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion. [Results] Chinese medicine has been developed for thousands of years,and many schools have been formed according to different academic characteristics or regions,and the Zhejiang school of Chinese medicine has a very important position in the history of Chinese medicine since ancient times,among which the Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion has made significant contributions in both theory and acupuncture methods. In terms of time development,from ancient times to modern times,representative medical practitioners and writings have emerged continuously,and these have not been affected by historical reasons. In terms of the origin of acupuncture and moxibustion,the Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion is centered in northern and central Zhejiang,where most of the famous healers are concentrated,such as LING,YAN,SHI and SHENG. Some of them are good at acupuncture,some are good at moxibustion,and some are good at combining acupuncture and medicine,which form the advantages of Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion. [Conclusion] The study of the history of the inheritance of the Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion and the origin of the acupuncture method is very important for the education of the later generations of medical practitioners of the Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion,and also has a positive role in promoting the development of the Zhejiang school of acupuncture and moxibustion.
