摘要
目前高职院校校企协同育人工作中存在目标不明晰、激励和保障机制不健全、高职院校服务企业力度不够等问题,以学校教育为主、企业参与为辅的育人模式没有发生根本改变。在高职院校校企协同育人工作中,运用欣赏型探究工作法可以发现和评估那些赋予校企协同育人工作以生命力的各种因素,使校企协同育人工作的运行状态达到最佳,延展校企协同育人工作的生命力,给校企协同育人带来高额回报。
At present,there are some problems in the work of school enterprise collaborative education,such as unclear objectives,imperfect incentive and guarantee mechanism,insufficient service for enterprises in higher vocational colleges,etc.The education mode based on school teaching and supplemented by enterprises cultivating has not been changed.In the work of school enterprise collaborative education in higher vocational colleges,the application of appreciative inquiry work method can find and evaluate various factors that give vitality to school enterprise collaborative education,make the operation state of school enterprise collaborative education reach the best,extend the vitality of school enterprise collaborative education,and bring high returns to school enterprise collaborative education.
