高职院校开展农村职业教育的影响因素及对策研究

Research on Influence Factors and Countermeasures of Rural Vocational Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校开展农村职业教育有助于高职院校服务乡村振兴战略、完善高职育人体系和提升高职教育的社会认可度。然而,高职院校开展农村职业教育会受到农民思想观念、农村产业特点、社会氛围等校外因素以及专业定位、领导决策、师资力量等校内因素的影响和制约。因此,针对这些影响因素的作用特点,高职院校应采取有针对性的对策,以确保农村职业教育育人效益的最大化。

Rural vocational education is helpful for serving the rural revitalization strategy,improving the educational system of higher vocational education and enhancing the social recognition of higher vocational education.However,rural vocational education in higher vocational colleges is influenced and restricted by social factors such as farmers’idea,rural industrial characteristics and social atmosphere and school factors such as profession orientation,policy-making of leaders and faculty.Therefore,according to the characteristics of influence factors,higher vocational colleges should put forward countermeasures to maximize the educational benefits of rural vocational education in higher vocational colleges.
