数字经济环境下浙江省文化创意产业技术创新政策研究

Research on Technological Innovation Policy of Cultural and Creative Industries in Zhejiang Province under the Digital Economy Environment

浙江省委、省政府提出了实施数字经济“一号工程”,构建以数字经济为核心、新经济为引领的现代化经济体系,各项政策保驾护航,数字经济发展迅速。以文化政策发展、产业专利转化为起点探索文化创意产业发展现状,挖掘出技术政策实施的障碍环节,进而提出技术创新政策的建构思路。

In recent years,Zhejiang provincial Party committee and provincial government have proposed to implement the“No.1 Project”of digital economy to build a modern economic system with digital economy as the core and new economy as the guide.With various policies,the digital economy has developed rapidly.Starting from the development of cultural policies and the transformation of industrial patents,this paper explores the current situation of the development of cultural and creative industries,digs out the obstacles in the implementation of technological policies,and then puts forward the construction ideas of technological innovation policies.
