高职院校课程思政建设的四维策略研究与实践——以“管理学基础”课程为例 被引量:4

摘要 课程思政已成为高校立德树人工作的重要途径。针对高职院校在课程思政建设中呈现的诸如重视不够、课程功能定位不清及方法比较单一等若干问题,从维度缺失、策略迷失和系统丢失三个方面探求问题产生的根源。为解决问题,以“管理学基础”课程为例,创造性地从课程思政建设的高度、长度、深度以及宽度四个方面进行规划和设计策略,为教师进行课程思政建设打开思路、拓宽视野、全面规划以及精准施策提供保障。 The ideological and political education has become an important indicator to measure the work of education for morality.There are problems such as lack of attention,unclear orientation of course function,single teaching method and so on in ideological and political education construction in higher vocational colleges.Root causes behind problems mainly lie in dimensionality deficiency,strategic disorientation,and system missing.In order to solve these problems,taking the course of management fundamentals as an example,strategy is creatively constructed and designed from four aspects,namely,height,length,depth and width about the ideological and political education construction.This strategy will open up ideas,broaden horizons,make an over-all plan,and implement strategies accurately for teachers to ensure the implementation of the ideological and political education construction.
