摘要
新产品系列化开发对冷却器的要求越来越高,但目前冷却器的分析校核及模拟还未形成系统化。此研究对电机冷却器整体通风系统研究做铺垫,分析电机内风路风阻情况,通过计算和试验证明,在一定误差范围内可以匹配冷却器内风阻情况。通过试验,验证了冷却器外风路情况,试验结果与冷却器内风路流量相对比,符合外风路流量大于内风路流量的空-空冷却器规律。
New products in the development process in series is of higher and higher demand for cooler,but the systematic analysis and simulation of cooler has not yet formed.This research lays a foundation for the research on the overall ventilation system of motor cooler,analyses the wind resistance of the motor’s internal wind circuit;It is proved,by calculation and experiment,that the air resistance in cooler can be matched within a certain error range.The external air path of cooler is verified by experiment,with the experimental result,compared with the flow rate of the inner air passage of the cooler,conforming to the air-air cooler law that the flow rate of the outer air passage is greater than that of the inner air passage.
