摘要 煤仓堵煤会给锅炉正常燃烧造成不稳定影响,尤其对于在持续高负荷状态下的大型火电调峰机组,更会直接影响其运行的稳定性和经济性。本文就某厂煤仓在加装防堵振打电机装置改造的基础上,对合理布置供配电方式进行了讨论,并提出了优化设计方案,提升了疏堵电机的使用效率,有效保障了机组燃煤系统的运行稳定性。 Coal in coal bunker will cause unstable influence on the normal combustion of boiler,especially for the large thermal power peak-shaving unit under continuous high load state,which will directly affect its stability and economy.Based on the retrofitting of anti-blocking vibration motor in a coal bunker of a plant,in this paper,the reasonable arrangement of power supply and distribution mode is discussed and the optimal design scheme is put forward,which improves the use efficiency of dredging motor and effectively guarantees the operation stability of the coal-fired system of the unit.
