The law of quality problems in the preparation of Babbitt alloy bearing bush is explored by use of the science analysis method of cause and effect analysis diagram so that the various factors affecting the quality in casting Babbitt alloy bearing bush have been discussed.Based on a large number of test data,conclusive analysis has been made and a series of measures have been formulated so as to have laid a foundation for improving the quality of Babbitt alloy bearing bush and ensured the efficient operation of Babbitt alloy bearing bushes.
