移民与包头城市社会属性变迁研究

On the Immigration and Social Change of Baotou City

包头是一座典型的移民城市,三次大的移民运动成就了现在的包头市。清末民初的走西口移民,推动了包头镇(东河区)的形成,使包头镇成为塞外的商业重镇;“一五”时期的工业移民,使包头市从传统的商业城市转变为典型的工业城市;改革开放后农民工的大规模涌入,使包头逐渐成为我国西北地区较为发达的综合性城市。

Baotou is a typical city of immigrants.Three major immigration movements made Baotou today.In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,the migration to Xikou promoted the formation of Baotou Town(Donghe District),making Baotou Town an important commercial town beyond the frontier;during the First Five-Year Plan period,the industrial migration transformed Baotou City from a traditional commercial city to a typical industrial city;after the reform and opening up,the large-scale influx of migrant workers made Baotou a comprehensive city in Northwest China.
