The study of social ethics needs to shift from the focus on moral psychology to the focus on social ethical psychology.The social ethical mentality in the context of major public health events has three basic characteristics:dynamic should,dynamic pleasure and dynamic justice.In the public discussion around major public(Health)events,dynamic should,dynamic pleasure and dynamic justice are intertwined and work together on the social ethical mentality.The ethical characteristics of the three ensure the swing of the social ethical mentality,so as to promote the resolution of major public events,which is the inevitable result of the stability of the psychological order.
