标准化沟通模式交接班表在老年病区交接班中的应用

Application of SBAR shift handover table in the geriatric ward

目的探讨标准化沟通模式(situation background assessment recommendation,SBAR)交接班表在老年病区交接班中的应用效果。方法选取老年病区4个护理单元的78名护士为研究对象。2019年10月-2020年3月行传统口头床边交接班,2020年4-10月应用SBAR交接班表进行床边交接班。比较SBAR交接班表应用前后护士对交接班的满意度和对危重患者病情掌握程度。结果应用SBAR交接班表后护士对患者病情掌握情况优于应用前(t=3.848,P=0.001),且护士对交接班的满意度高于应用前(t=2.796,P=0.007)。结论SBAR交接班表应用于老年病区床边交接班,有助于提高护士对患者病情的掌握程度,提高交接班质量,保障患者安全,护士认可度高。

Objective To explore the application effect of situation background assessment recommendation(SBAR)shift handover table in the geriatric ward.Method Totally 78 nurses from 4 nursing units in the geriatric ward were selected as the research objects.The traditional oral bedside shift was conducted between October 2019 and March 2020,while the SBAR shift table was applied for the bedside shift between April and October 2020.The nurses′satisfaction to the shift handover and their mastery of critical patients′condition were compared before and after the application of SBAR shift handover table.Result After the application of SBAR shift table,nurses′mastery of patients′condition was better than that before the implementation(t=3.848,P=0.001),and nurses′satisfaction with shift handover was higher than that before the application(t=2.796,P=0.007).Conclusion The application of self-made SBAR shift table can help nurses to know the condition of patients to ensure their safety,and is well accepted by nurses.
