With the implementation of comprehensive budget management in public hospitals,especially university affiliated hospitals,its management mode has attracted more and more attention from hospital managers.Problems existing in comprehensive budget management work of public hospitals,such as lack of awareness and unreasonable preparation of relevant contents were discussed,and improvement measures and implementation plans were put forward.
