摘要
为了实现混凝土桥梁附属钢结构的长效防腐蚀,研制了一种水性单组分丙烯酸烤漆,在钢铁基材表面采用了多元素粉末共渗+钝化+封闭漆处理防腐蚀技术(PCA),并对该技术的体系选择、制备过程、光泽、附着力、耐候性、防腐蚀性、耐湿热、耐二甲苯浸泡性能、施工工艺等方面进行了阐述。结果表明:研制的水性单组分丙烯酸烤漆具有优异的物理力学性能、耐候性、防腐蚀性、耐湿热性能及耐二甲苯浸泡性能等。采取浸涂工艺,一方面使涂膜更加完整,另一方面提高了涂料的利用率。
For achieving long-term anti-corrosion of the attached steel structure of concrete bridges,a waterborne one component acrylic baking paint was developed.The surface of steel substrate was treated by multi-element powder co-permeation+passivation+sealed paint anti-corrosion technology(PCA).The system selection,preparation process,gloss,adhesion,weather resistance,corrosion resistance,heat resistance,xylene immersion resistance,construction technology,etc.of PCA were studied and discussed.Results showed that the as-prepared waterborne one-component acrylic baking paint possessed excellent physical and mechanical properties,weather resistance,corrosion resistance,chemical resistance,damp heat resistance and xylene immersion resistance,etc.The dip coating process not only made coatings more intact,but also improved the utilization rate of coating.
