摘要 为了准确评价耐磨磷化层的性能,利用扫描电镜研究了磷化层结晶尺寸与平均厚度的对应关系、结晶尺寸与基体腐蚀凹陷深度和数量的对应关系以及磷化层结晶尺寸、覆盖率、基体腐蚀凹陷程度对磷化层润滑性能的影响。结合失效分析案例得出磷化结晶尺寸为4~10μm,在一个20 mm测量长度上,15~30μm深度范围的腐蚀凹陷的数量不超过30个,不少于15个,大于30μm深度范围的腐蚀凹陷的数量不超过5个,覆盖率为100%时,磷化层的润滑性能最好。形成采用扫描电镜观察磷化层的结晶尺寸、覆盖率以及基体腐蚀凹陷程度来评价磷化层性能的新方法,并通过应用案例进行了验证。 In order to accurately evaluate the wear-resistant performance of the phosphating layer,the corresponding relationship between the crystal size and the average thickness of the phosphating layer,the corresponding relationship between the crystal size and the depth and number of matrix corrosion depressions,and the effects of the crystal size,coverage and matrix corrosion depression degree of the phosphating layer on the lubrication performance of the phosphating layer were studied by scanning electron microscope.Combined with the failure analysis cases,when the phosphating crystal size was 4~10μm,on a 20 mm measuring length,the number of corrosion depressions in the depth range of 15~30μm did not exceed 30 and not less than 15,and the number of corrosion depressions in the depth range of more than 30μm did not exceed 5.When the coverage rate was 100%,the lubrication performance of phosphating layer was the best.A new method to evaluate the performance of phosphating layer by observing the crystal size,coverage and matrix corrosion depression degree of phosphating layer by scanning electron microscope was formed,which was also verified by an application case.
