青钱柳降血糖作用及其在辅助降血糖代用茶开发上的应用前景

Research Progress on the Effects of Cyclocarya Paliurus on Decreasing Blood Glucose and Its Application Prospect in the Development of Auxiliary Hypoglycemic Substitute Tea

糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,目前尚无治愈方法,从天然植物中获取有效成分用于治疗糖尿病是当前的重点研究方向之一。青钱柳属于胡桃科、青钱柳属植物,同时也属于古老珍稀树种,仅存于中国,科学研究表明青钱柳具有显著降血糖的功能特性。本文综述了青钱柳及其提取物对血糖影响、青钱柳降血糖功能活性物质基础与青钱柳多糖、黄酮、三萜酸等主要功能物质对血糖的影响及其调节机制研究进展,以及青钱柳配方配伍在辅助降血糖代用茶产品开发的应用研究现状及前景分析,指出了今后该领域需要进一步研究的问题和方向。

Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia,and it is currently incurable.It is one of the key research directions to obtain effective components from natural plants for the treatment of diabetes.Cyclocarya paliurus belongs to walnut family and Cyclocarya genus,it is also an ancient and rare tree species and only exists in China.Scientific research shows that Cyclocarya paliurus has significant hypoglycemic function.This paper reviews the effects of Cyclocarya paliurus and its extract on blood glucose,the active substances basis of Cyclocarya paliurus hypoglycemic function,the effects of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides,flavonoids and triterpenic acid on blood glucose and their regulatory mechanism.as well as the application research status and prospect analysis of Cyclocarya paliurus formula compatibility in the development of auxiliary hypoglycemic substitute tea products,and points out the problems and directions that need to be further studied in this field in the future.
