论线上教学环境下小学教师教学存在感的建构 被引量:1

摘要 因为年龄特点,小学生在线上教学中容易出现注意力不集中、过于依赖家长、消极懈怠等问题。加强教师的教学存在感,能够有效应对以上情况。文章探讨了教师的专业知识、业务水平和把握学生心理三个因素对教学存在感的影响,以及如何通过增强专业知识、提高业务水平和拉近师生距离三大途径来提高线上环境下教师的教学存在感,追求更好的教学效果。同时教师还要尽量避免教学存在感过度的问题,积极培养学生的自主学习能力。
