Theoretical Model and Optimizing Measures of Supply Chain in Higher Vocational Education

高职教育是一个系统的供需工程,高职教育供应链的管理与运行状态,决定着高职教育的效率与效益。随着我国高职教育的快速发展和经济社会日新月异的变化,高职教育供应链低效、滞后、供需对接不准确、协同性不足等问题日益显露,文章对高职教育供应链的模型进行了重构,并提出了重视环境、加强流程管理、加强高职院校管理的规范化、建立战略合作伙伴关系和提升供应链敏捷性等五项供应链优化措施。

Higher vocational education is a systematic project of supply and demand.The management and operation state of higher vocational education supply chain determines the efficiency and efficiency of higher vocational education.With the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country and the rapid economic and social changes,the higher vocational education supply chain inefficiencies,lag and the shortage of supply and demand docking inaccuracies,collaborative problems emerging,this paper discusses the model of vocational education supply chain reconstruction,and puts forward five supply chain optimization measures:to attach the importance to environment,to strengthen the process management,to enhance the standardization of the management in higher vocational colleges,to establish strategic partnership and to improve agility of supply chain.
