摘要
课程思政是育智与育德的有机统一,也是提升高校教育质量的重要途径。知识产权法课程思政存在教学理念不够重视,教学方式不够科学,教学内容不够融合,保障机制不够完善等问题,因此,通过强化教师思政意识,优化思政教育方式,科学设计思政内容,构建思政保障机制予以有效应对。
Curriculum ideology is the organic unity of intellectual education and moral education,and it is also an important way to improve the quality of higher education.There are some problems in curriculum ideology of intellectual property law course,such as there is not enohugh attention to the teaching idea,the teaching method is not scientific enough,the teaching content is not integrated enough,and the guarantee mechanism is not perfect.Therefore,we should strengthen the teachers'ideological and political awareness,optimize the education method,scientifically design the ideological and political content,and construct the ideological and political guarantee mechanism.
