适老化背景下的社区中心设计研究

Study on Community Center Design in the Context of Ageing

为了适应当前老龄化社会的发展趋势、提升老年居民社区生活的舒适度,改善社区中心的适老性被赋予了深远意义。本文在社区中心调研的基础上,指出社区中心现存的诸多不足之处,并基于老年居民的日常生活和无障碍设计需求,进而从可达性、功能整合、无障碍设计三个方面提出有效提高社区中心适老性的设计要点和具体可实行的操作方法。本文希望通过多方面的分析研究,总结出社区中心的设计要点,为以后的适老化社区中心提供更为人性化的设计思路。

In order to adapt to the current development trend of aging society,it is of great significance to improve the comfort of community life of elderly residents by deepening the degree of aging adaptability of community centers.Based on the investigation on community centers,this paper points out the existing problems in community centers,and proposes design points and specific operation methods to effectively improve the aging design points of community centers from the aspects of accessibility,functional integration and barrier-free design based on the daily life and barrier-free design needs of the elderly residents.It is hoped to summarize the design points of community centers through various analysis and research,and to provide more humanized design ideas for future aging-friendly community centers.
