摘要 目的探讨Hippo信号通路Phospho-MOB1和TEAD4蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中表达及临床意义。方法免疫组织化学法检测85例OSCC患者(实验组)和14例癌旁正常组织患者(对照组)中Phospho-MOB1和TEAD4蛋白的表达;运用SPSS 22.0软件分析Phospho-MOB1和TEAD4在OSCC患者各临床指标间的表达差异。结果Phospho-MOB1在OSCC与癌旁正常组织中表达差异无统计学意义。TEAD4在OSCC组织中高表达,在癌旁正常组织中低表达(P<0.05);TEAD4的表达水平与OSCC患者的吸烟习惯、结局、复发,带瘤生存时间和无瘤生存时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与患者的性别、年龄、族别、吸烟习惯、淋巴结转移、神经累及差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);分化程度是OSCC患者的预后独立保护性因素(P<0.05);TEAD4的高表达是OSCC患者的预后危险因素(P<0.05)。结论TEAD4可能与OSCC患者预后及结局相关,有望作为直接或间接靶向治疗的生物标记物之一。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Phospho-MOB1 and TEAD4 proteins in Hippo signaling pathway in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods The expression of Phospho-MOB1 and TEAD4 protein in 85 cases of OSCC(experimental group)and 14 cases of the normal tissues adjacent to cancer(control group)were detected by immunohistochemical SP method;clinical data of OSCC patients were collected;and SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the difference in the expression of Phospho-MOB1 and TEAD4 between the clinical indicators.Results Phospho-MOB1 and OSCC and adjacent normal tissues were not significantly different in expression.TEAD4 was highly expressed in OSCC tissues and was lowly in the normal tissues adjacent to cancer(P<0.05);the expression level of TEAD4 was significantly different from the smoking habits,outcome,recurrence,tumor-carrying survival time and tumor-free survival time of OSCC patients(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between gender,age,ethnicity,smoking habits,lymph node metastasis,and nerve involvement of the patients(P>0.05);COX analysis showed the degree of differentiation of OSCC patients was independent of the prognostic protective factors(P<0.05);the high expression of TEAD4 was a prognostic risk factor for OSCC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion TEAD4 may be related to the prognosis and outcome of OSCC patients,and it is expected to be as the biomarkers for direct or indirect targeted therapy.
