摘要 自动控制原理因知识丰富、抽象以及工程应用广泛,使得课程内容难以教学,尤其是闭环系统中的频域分析相关知识。本文针对频域分析过程中的难点,借助虚拟仿真技术,以磁盘驱动读写为例设计控制系统。通过模型的分析、建立构建理论体系,以Bode、Nyquist和Nichols图直观地展示PID调节变化,采用相角裕度和幅值裕度指标分析系统相对稳定性。结果表明:学生能够看到动态的变化,更容易理解理论模型与结果的关系;分析方法实现理论和工程应用统一,能够有效地培养学生解决工程应用控制问题的能力,推动OBE教学模式改革。 The principle of automatic control is difficult to teach due to its rich knowledge,abstraction and wide application in engineering,especially the knowledge related to frequency domain analysis in closed-loop systems.Aiming at the difficulties in the process of frequency domain analysis,this paper,taking the disk drive reading and writing as an example,designs the control system with the help of virtual simulation technology.Through the analysis of the model and the establishment of the theoretical system,Bode,Nyquist and Nichols plots were used to intuitively show the PID adjustment changes,and the relative stability of the system was analyzed by using the phase Angle margin and amplitude margin indexes.The results show that students can see the dynamic changes and understand the relationship between the theoretical model and the results more easily.The analytical method realizes the unification of theory and engineering application,which can effectively train students’ability to solve engineering application control problems and promote the reform of OBE teaching mode.
