摘要
该试验旨在利用响应面法研究β-环糊精辅助提取水飞蓟宾工艺。以水飞蓟宾提取量为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,选取料液比、β-环糊精加入量、提取时间进行三因素三水平的Box-Behnken试验设计,运用Design-Expert对结果进行拟合,通过响应面法优化β-环糊精辅助水飞蓟宾提取工艺。结果表明,水飞蓟宾最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1∶16.8 (g/mL)、β-环糊精加入量11%、提取时间3.7 h。在此条件下的最佳预测值为6.49 mg/g。各因素对水飞蓟宾提取影响程度依次为β-环糊精加入量>料液比>提取时间。β-环糊精显著提高水飞蓟宾的提取量。
Study the technology of β-cyclodextrin assisted extraction of silybin by response surface methodology. On the basis of single factor experiment, three factors and three levels of box Behnken experiment design was carried out by using silibinin extraction amount as evaluation index and selecting solid-liquid ratio, β-cyclodextrin addition amount and extraction time. The results were fitted by design expert, and the process of β-cyclodextrin assisted silibinin extraction was optimized by response surface methodology. Results showed that the optimum extraction condition of silybin was as follows: 1∶16.8(g/m L) of solid-liquid ratio, 11% of β-cyclodextrin and 3.7 h of extraction time. The best predictive value was 6.49 mg/g. The results showed that the order of influencing factors on silybin extraction was as follows: β-cyclodextrin dosage>Material liquid ratio>extraction time. The β-cyclodextrin could significantly improve the extraction of silybin.
