Determination of Pesticide Residues in Dried Black Mulberry in Xinjiang Paste by QuEChERS-Triple Quadrupole Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 该试验旨在建立新疆黑桑椹干中14种农药残留的快速测定方法。黑桑椹干经Qu ECh ERS技术提取和净化,根据14种农残特征碎片离子建立气质联用条件,在多反应监测(SRM)模式下检测。结果表明,在0.005~0.5μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好,检出限为0.001~0.005μg/kg,精密度为0.9%~2.3%,在0.1, 0.5和1.0 mg/kg 3个加标水平下的平均回收率为85.3%~104.6%,相对标准偏差(SRSD)≤10%。该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,适用于新疆黑桑椹干中多种农药残留的检测。 It was to establish a rapid determination method for 14 pesticide residues in dried black mulberries in Xinjiang.The dried black mulberry was extracted and purified by QuEChERS technology. The GC-MS condition was established based on 14 kinds of pesticide residue characteristic fragment ions and the detection was carried out in multiple reaction monitoring(SRM) mode. The results showed that the linearity was good within the concentration range of 0.005-0.5 μg/mL;The detection limit was 0.001-0.005 μg/kg;The precision was 0.9%-2.3%, and the average recoveries at spiked levels of 0.1, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg for all target compounds in the samples were in the range of 85.3%-104.6%, with relative standard deviations(SRSD) no more than 10%. The method was simple, rapid and sensitive, and was suitable for the detection of multiple pesticide residues in dried black mulberry in Xinjiang.
