摘要
探究竹叶花椒挥发油的成分及其变化。以竹叶花椒为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法获得挥发油,冷却得到挥发油析出物,利用红外光谱、核磁共振波谱和气相色谱-质谱联用仪对挥发油析出物及素油进行谱学分析。竹叶花椒挥发油素油中共分离鉴定出49种化合物,主要有烯烃类、醇类、醛酮类、酯类物质等;晶体中共分离鉴定出36种,主要含芳樟醇和醛类物质。将竹叶花椒挥发油冷却,容易获得主要成分为芳樟醇的晶体析出物。
To explore the components and variety of the essential oil from Zanthoxylum armatum DC, the essential oil was obtained by steam distillation, and the precipitate of essential oil was obtained by cooling. Spectroscopic analysis of decrystallized oil and crystal from the essential oil of Zanthoxylum armatum DC was tested by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. A total of 49 compounds were isolated and identified of the de-crystallized oil, mainly including alkenes, alcohols, aldehydes ketones, esters and so on;A total of 36 compounds were isolated and identified in the crystal precipitate, mainly containing linalool and aldehydes. The crystal precipitate with linalool as the main component could be easily obtained by cooling the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum armatum DC.
