摘要
槽式预埋件具有受力均衡、安装方便、机动灵活等诸多优点,已经成为解决大型外装幕墙和其他悬挂系统受力点难题的一种有效方法。普通的槽式埋件埋设方式在混凝土浇筑完成后,埋件的位置特别是标高会产生较大误差,通常采取的后处理办法是拆除不合格的埋件重新后置,极大地增加了施工难度和成本,也额外耗费了工期。为此,提出并介绍了槽式预埋件精准定位施工技术,可为类似工程借鉴。
The trough embedded parts have many advantages,such as force balance,convenient installation,flexibility and so on.It has become an effective method to solve the problem of force points of large external curtain wall and other suspension systems.After the completion of concrete pouring,the position of embedded parts,especially the elevation,will produce large errors.The usual post-treatment method is to remove the unqualified embedded parts and replace them,which greatly increases the construction difficulty and cost and consumes the construction period.Therefore,the precise positioning construction technology of trough embedded parts is proposed and introduced,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
