摘要 由于胶凝材料本身具有的干缩、徐变作用,以及在使用过程中的温度、湿度变化,轻集料混凝土隔墙条板自身容易产生细微裂缝。通过对板材拼缝的形状设计,由平头缝调整为曲柄型断面,有目的地将单块板上的变形引导至板材拼缝处,有效降低了墙板后期出现裂缝的可能性。另外,在施工过程中,通过加强对细部关键节点的质量控制,轻集料混凝土隔墙条板裂缝问题得到了有效控制,为后续类似工程提供了参考。 Due to the drying shrinkage and creep of cementitious materials,as well as the changes of temperature and humidity in the process of use,the lightweight aggregate concrete partition panel is easy to produce fine cracks.Through the shape design of the panel joint,the flat joint is adjusted to the crank section,which purposefully guides the deformation on the single panel to the panel joint,effectively reducing the possibility of cracks in the later stage of the wall.In addition,in the construction process,by strengthening the quality control of key details,the crack problem of lightweight aggregate concrete partition panel has been effectively controlled,which provides a reference for subsequent similar projects.
