摘要
针对某超高层建筑施工过程中,内爬式塔吊的使用导致超高层施工筒体楼板水平补缺与筒体垂直高差较大,水平楼板补缺与核心筒筒体交叉施工难度加大以及高空落物造成的安全事故频发等问题,设计了一种新型核心筒施工升降防护平台,并对该核心筒施工升降防护平台进行了研究。研究结果表明,该新型核心筒施工升降防护平台可实现一次安装,重复提升利用,并能保证其顶部始终有防护措施,确保了安全高效地完成核心筒水平楼板补缺的施工。
In view of the problems in the construction of a super high-rise building,such as the use of internal climbing tower crane,resulting in the large difference between the horizontal filling of the core-tube floor and the vertical height of core-tube,the difficulty of crossed construction between horizontal floor filling and core-tube and the frequent safety accidents caused by falling objects,a new type of core-tube construction lifting protection platform is designed.The lifting protection platform for the core-tube construction is studied.The research results show that the lifting protection platform of the new core-tube construction can realize one-time installation,repeated lifting and utilization,and can ensure that its top construction always has protective measures to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the coretube horizontal floor filling construction.
