摘要
基于文旅融合的时代背景,对山东省公布的35处历史文化街区进行详细调研分析。通过对历史文化街区与市中心距离、用地性质、重要性—表现程度(importance performance analysis,IPA)三个方面进行分类,对街区进行综合评价。分析街区现状与存在的问题,基于街区分类及评估情况提出山东省历史文化街区发展文化旅游的对策和建议,为街区改造及城市更新发展提供指导方向及参考依据。
Based on time background of cultural tourism,the paper takes 35 historic and cultural areas announced by Shandong as examples,and then classifies them based on their distance from the city center,land properties,and importance performance analysis,and conducts comprehensive evaluation on them.The paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of the historic and cultural areas.Based on the classification and evaluation of the blocks,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of cultural tourism in the historical and cultural blocks of Shandong are put forward to provide guidance and reference basis for block reconstruction and urban renewal development.
