基于POE的乡镇卫生院空间功能演变探析——以江苏省常州市奔牛中心卫生院为例

Analysis on the Evolution of the Spatial Function of Township Hospitals Based on POE——A Case of Benniu Center Health Center in Changzhou,Jiangsu

随着乡镇人口的不断收缩,乡镇卫生院的发展受到冲击,存在部分卫生院患者数量下降、相关科室房间闲置、内部流线混乱等问题。通过对现有院区进行实地调研及使用后评价,探析在改扩建过程中导致其外部总体布局及内部功能流线演变的因素,以提出合理的规划策略。本文以常州市奔牛中心卫生院为调研对象进行研究,以了解患者就医需求及内部功能的使用现状与初始设计之间的差异,运用记述统计、聚类比较等方法进行分析,提出乡镇卫生院总体规划及空间功能布局要点。

With the continuous loss of population in towns and townships,the development of township health centers has been impacted.There are problems such as the decline in the number of patients,the unused rooms of related departments,and the chaos of internal circulation.Through on-site investigation and post-occupancy evaluation of the existing hospitals,the factors that lead to the evolution of the overall external layout and internal functional flow in the process of reconstruction and expansion are explored to propose reasonable planning strategies.This paper takes Benniu Center Health Center as the research object to investigate the differences between the medical needs of patients,and the use of internal functions and the initial design,uses methods such as descriptive statistics and cluster comparison for analysis and then puts forward the main points of the overall planning and spatial function layout of township hospitals.
