探讨新零售介入社区对居民生活空间的影响

摘要 在数字技术革新和消费升级的背景下,零售业走到了时代的新阶段,新零售应运而生,即深度融合线上线下消费场景及物流配送的新型泛零售业态。如今,新零售已然深耕于社区市场,其交易链所涉及的线下行为都发生在居民生活空间中,并不断地向其索取更多的实体空间,使之潜移默化地发生变化,从一个私密的生活场所变成一个开放的、无边界的城市商服圈与社区生活圈交织的特殊空间场域。本研究立足于此,探讨新零售这类依托于互联网发展的新业态如何冲击及影响着居民生活空间,得出公共空间、交通空间及商业空间逐渐呈现资本化的特征,并提出相应优化策略。 In the context of digital technology innovation and consumption upgrades,the retail industry has reached a new stage of the times,and new retail has emerged at the historic moment,that is a new pan-retail format that deeply integrates online and offline consumption scenarios and logistics distribution.Nowadays,new retail has been deeply cultivated in the community market,the offline behaviors involved in its transaction chain take place in the living space of residents,and constantly ask for more physical space from it,making it change subtly from a private living place to an open,borderless special space field intertwined with the urban business service circle and the community living circle.Based on this,this paper explores how new retail,which relies on the development of the Internet,impacts and affects the living space of residents,summarizes the emerging capitalization characteristics of public space,traffic space and commercial space gradually,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.
