摘要
我国工程项目招投标代理工作发展并不完善,过快的行业发展速度与过于宽泛的行业建设理念让很多实际工作并没有真正与市场需求相匹配。此外,项目工程招标体系创建时间不长,相应的人才培养机制不够健全,人才培养方式与策略依旧存在诸多漏洞,市场内部同样缺少必要的监管体系,导致从业人员整体素养与实际工作需求存在差距,业务熟练度不足,业务效率与质量低下,甚至部分三方机构为提升自身的业务效益,经常出现虚假招标、出借机构资格证书等负面行为。而这些问题的存在,让整个行业的发展陷入瓶颈。本文将会针对信息管理在项目工程招投标代理工作中的应用进行初步分析与探讨,希望对相关从业人员有一定借鉴价值。
The development of bidding agency for engineering projects in China is not perfect.The rapid development of the industry and the broad concept of industry construction make much practical work not really match the market demand.In addition,the project bidding system has not been established for a long time,the corresponding talent training mechanism is not perfect,and there are still many loopholes in talent training methods and strategies.There is also a lack of necessary supervision system in the market,which leads to the gap between the overall quality of employees and the actual work needs,the lack of business proficiency,and the low business efficiency and quality.Even some third party organizations often have negative behaviors,such as false bidding and lending institution qualification certificates,in order to improve their business efficiency.These problems have caused the development of the whole industry to fall into a bottleneck.In this paper,the author will make a preliminary analysis and discussion on the application of information management in project bidding agency,hoping that it can provide some reference value for relevant practitioners.
