Analysis of hospitalization expenses of patients with arteriosclerotic heart disease under DIP medical insurance payment

目的分析动脉硬化性心脏病患者的住院费用情况,解析DIP政策的实施对医疗费用的影响。方法收集广州市某三级医疗机构2018—2020年的动脉硬化性心脏病患者资料,对其资源消耗及诊疗效率指标进行统计学分析。结果不同医保类型患者的平均住院费的差异具有统计学意义,住院时间是影响费用的主要原因。结论医院可通过临床路径缩短平均住院日,降低患者医疗费用,有效控制病种成本。

Objective To analyze the hospitalization expenses of patients with arteriosclerotic heart disease and investigate the impact of the implementation of the DIP policy on medical expenses.Methods The data of patients with arteriosclerotic heart disease in a tertiary medical institution in Guangzhou from 2018 to 2020 were collected,and their resource consumption and diagnosis and treatment efficiency indicators were statically analyzed.Results The difference in the average hospitalization expenses of patients with different medical insurance types was statistically significant,and the length of hospital stay was the main reason affecting the expenses.Conclusion The hospital can shorten the average length of hospital stay,so as to reduce the medical expenses of patients and effectively control the cost of diseases through clinical pathways.
